Been a fan of Ooah and the Glitch Mob crew for a while. Also enjoying Ooah’s new melodic side project – Of Porcelain, which I caught at the Bonobo show last month in Hollywood. As if performing and producing solo and with the Glitch Mob wasn’t enough, Ooah has teamed up newcomer MartyParty to form the duo PANTyRAiD. I met Marty while living in Costa Rica and dropped some beats at one of their early Manifesto parties in Mal Pais. He has since honed his skills and teamed up with the right partner to put out some truly genre-bending, envelope pushing material. Pura vida.
Their latest mix below combines elements of dubstep and glitch as they rework crunked out hyphonic jams from Jay-Z, Britney, Mims, and Lil Jon.

I have also been digging their single “Get the Money,” from their forthcoming album The Sauce, which hits stores September 21 on Adam Freeland’s Marine Parade label. This track has seen heavy rotation in my DJ sets lately and features ill breakdowns and heavy bass droppings.
